A easy start. All had a good sleep so we are all rested for departure later today. Raining all night.

Sept 29
Up with the birds. Get every one up and working on our PFD's Safety harnesses, tethers and jack lines. Safety briefing on MOB and Muster stations. At 1100 to Van Isle fuel dock for water and 600 liters of expensive diesel. At noon departed and under engine and did some sailing ones through Enterprise passage. Sailed a few hours than wind diminished. With the tide made good progress. Decided to put in at Port Renfew and awaited Westerly winds for tomorrow. At anchor 23.55 150' of rode in 40; water, slightly rolling conditions.

Sept 28  Sidney Tsehum harbour at anchor.

Ready to leave for another voyage. After a frantic week of getting supplies, stores and making the harbour chandler happy.

This will be the 8 th voyage for Western Grace expected to be close to 15.000 NM adding to the 85.000 under her keel.

Crew members Ken, Rhonda and Cameron arrived at night and get settled in.
